Shipping & Delivery Policy

fatty15 ships products to customers in the United States and select international markets.

Free shipping is available for every U.S. order.

Subscription refills are generally delivered on a quarterly basis for customers enrolled in recurring delivery plans.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address generally cannot be changed.

If an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact fatty15 Customer Service as soon as possible.

If the carrier confirms that an order was lost, damaged in transit, or misdelivered due to carrier error, fatty15 will provide a replacement at no cost to the customer.

For orders shipped outside the United States, applicable customs duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
