The guarantee applies to the following eligible products:

• One 90-Day Starter Kit
• One Gummies Pouch

Refund requests must be submitted to info@fatty15.com within 30 days of the first purchase order date.

The 30-day guarantee applies only to a customer's first eligible purchase of capsules or gummies. It does not apply to 6-Month Supply Kits, Annual Supply Kits, subscription refills, merchandise, repeat purchases, or purchases made through third-party retailers.

For damaged or defective products, customers should contact the fatty15 Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery. If the issue is confirmed, fatty15 may provide a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
